Login to RDP sessions does not work

I have RDM on both Windows and a Mac, on Windows everything is working fine: I can click on a server and it logs in to RDP with the saved credentials, however on my Mac with RDM it only connects to the server login screen asking me for the password.
What am I missing?

Hi

There could be a number of reasons causing this.
Are you using the External Display Mode?
Do you use a credential repository? Which one?

Yes I am using external as display, on my Windows PC it uses the build in RDP client, on the Mac it uses "Microsoft Remote Desktop" app.

I don't think I use a cred rep. password is saved in the database.

Hi,

Unfortunately, we can't send the credentials to Microsoft Remote Desktop.app, meaning that the External display mode will never use the saved credentials.

I would suggest to try the Undocked display mode to use the saved credentials.
