Hi,
I have the following problem and I'm not sure if this is a bug.
We use common database to save all the remote connections.
For some of the connections we use a common vault (keepass) and for others every user have its own vault (keepass too).
This works nice, but
user A have some saved personal credentials and user B have some other personal credentials for the same server (connection).
If user B is changing some things within personal credentials it changes something for user A within the personal credentials settings - that means it switches to a wrong password.(and the connection does not work)
And vice versa (this happen quite often, because user A want of course restore it's settings)
Any ideas?
Thanks
-Stefan
Hello,
Are you using the User Specific Settings feature to use your personal credential on a session?

Hello,
The "My Personal Credentials" feature saves a credential entry in your current windows profile.
Are you sharing windows sessions?
Best Regards
Maurice
Hi Maurice,
we are not sharing windows sessions.User A (that's me) have its own windows session and user B (my colleague next to me) is using his own session).
We are only connected using the same network and using the same connection database.
My questions are:
1) How can this happen? (that one personal entry change do some changes for other users) -> is there an entry within the database where the password order is stored?
2) How can we avoid this? Maybe another method to handle the credentials settings?

Hi support,
I haven't heard anything for a while.
Any progress / comments / hints on that case?
Best Regards

Hello,
We will need to connect and have a look, it definitely should not occur and we have had no other reports of that type of problem.
I will send you a link through the private messaging.
Best regards,
Maurice
