I get the following windows error when passing the License screen:

Is it supported, and am I missing something to makt this work?
Thanks for the help.

Kind regards,

I know we have many user that use Citrix but with the Enterprise Edition. I'm not sure if this could make a difference.

Thanks for the reply,
I have also installed the Enterprise Edition, but with the same result.

On startup i get the following screen:

I am able to start Remote Desktop Manager from the console just fine.

I have .Net 3.5 + 4.5 installed:

In the event log i get 3 errors:
Log Name: Application
Source: Application Error
EventID: 1000

Log Name: Application
Source: Application Error
EventID: 1000

Log Name: Application
Source: .NET Runtime
EventID: 1026

I even tryed the .NET Framework Verification Utility:

Users have full permission to the program files folder..,
It does look like this case https://forum.devolutions.net/topic24027-remote-desktop-manager-free--not-starting-on-windows--terminal-server.aspx , but i think he gave up, we never know.

Any idea if im missing something?
Oh, and were running Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter, fully updated.
(Datacenter should just be for licensing, so should be the same as any.. just thinking)

Kind regards,

Dennis

RDM is using .NET Framework 4.0. I'm not sure if .NET 4.5 is compatible with .NET 4.0

Could you try to install RDM 10.0 just to see if it works?

Hello,

I did another test on .NET4.0 and should be availeble to.

I removed RDM11 and replaced it with 10.0, it worked out of the box on users!

Version 11 did work for one colleague, who added himself to the domain admins...

He is looking into it, ill keep you up-to-date.

Kind regards,

Dennis

I have found something that could be the root of your issue. I will make another build for RDM Free this afternoon. You will be able to test it.
