Nothing happens when I add a session

Hi Experts,

I am a newbie and evaluating this product. I am using Devolutions' online drive datasource so I can share with my team. When I create a new session or credentials with online drive data source, it is not getting saved. No error message. Nothing shows up under sessions.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

The Devolutions Online Drive is a data source for a single user. If you want to share your data between your co-workers, we recommend the usage of an Advanced data source - http://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/datasources_advanced.htm

If you want to use a cloud data source that you can share with your team, you can have a look at Devolutions Online Database
http://helpcloud.devolutions.net/dodb_introduction.htm

For your issue, please try to uncheck the Allow offline mode setting in File -> Data Sources -> Edit your data source -> Advanced
