Hi,
Yesterday it was the first time I saw the option to rename a user in RDM (11.0.3.0 64-bit) in the "User and Security Management".
I clicked it and without entering any info (i.e. leaving the new name blank) I pressed Cancel (as OK wasn't avaiable due to the fact I did not enter anything). This caused the user selected still to be renamed to "blank" (i.e. no info).
After renaming the user back to his original name the user was able to login again.
Some additional information:
When the blanked user tried to log in (with his original name as we were unaware at that time the user was renamed) he got the following error (in the 32-bit version - the 64-bit version did present somewhat different feedback):
Unable to save the user in the database!
User does not have permission to perform this action.
Transaction count after EXECUTE indicates a mismatching number of BEGIN and COMMIT statements. Previous count = 1, current count = 0

The rename for SQL shouldn't have been enabled yet. I will be in the near future. It is only currently support with DVLS (Devolutions Server) under certain condition. We will also enhance DVLS renames soon.
