Minor keyboard input focus issue with new SSH Shell session type

Tab-changing behavior between the new SSH Shell and older (Rebex) SSH Shells isn't consistent.

When you switch between tabs to one containing a session of the new SSH Shell type, the focus isn't automatically set to the session, it seems to remain on the tab control. Actually, the left and right arrows move to another tab in the Navigation pane, not the mail (session) pane.

It takes a second mouse click inside the client area (the session) before keypresses are directed there. The cursor also indicates this (empty rectangle instead of full box).

In the older types, just switching to the right tab is enough.
