VPN options are greyed out in 11.0

I just add a vpn connection on RDM 11.0
I cant select the advanced options "Go offline on connection"

When my collegae, he still uses v10, edit this it works.
Is this a known bug?

This is not known bug but it seems to be an issue. I will assign this to one of our dev.

Just installed 11.0.1.0 (with vpn advanced fix) but the problem is still there.
