Unable to start RDM Free version 2.0

Hi,
I did an upgrade to version 2.0 yesterday and it was working fine. However, today, I'm unable to start the program. Instead, I get this dialog box

I have restarted my computer and it's now working....
I'll come back if it's starts to act up again.

Hello,

Have you rebooted? It seems like something deep in the .net framework, not application related.
