SAP Add-on Error when launching SAPGUI

Hello everyone,

I noticed that the SAP Add-on is not functioning correctly. Every time I try to launch the application I receive Unable to find SAP Frontend Server (Application:sapshcut.exe)

Figured it might not be part of the environmental variables since when I ran it on the command prompt the sapshcut.exe application could not be found. I added the variable now I can call the command from any directory; and if I enter the strings manually it logs me into SAP. When I try to Open the Session via RDM I get the error mentioned above.

Any ideas on a solution? Any way I can look at the SAP Add-on and modify it?

Hello,

Have you configured the appropriate installation path in File -> Options -> Path -> Configure Installation Path for SAP?

Yes, indeed I have. ini file is identified. It shows me the Connection information, logon info (client, user, password, and language) are all setup. Am I missing anything else?

I'll go over those steps and see if they can help us, but we are not using 7.4.

Thank you for your help. We resolved the issue with your previous comment on validating the path. On our windows 7 workstation the default path is being detected without any issue, and on the windows 10 workstation (installed on the same path, default installation for sap) it does not detect the sapgui directory.
