Good Evening,
Is it possible to setup RDM and RDM Jump so that when you use a Jump server to connect into another network you can seamlessly present the administrator with Telnet/SSH window. For example there is a router in another network but you have a computer in that network which is also connected to your network. You normally RDP to the computer and then SSH to the device. Using RDM Jump can you seamlessly present only the SSH session by having the Jump application on the remote computer.
Thanks

Hello,
It depends on your expectations of "seamless".
The jump is made through a RDP session, which in turn opens the session that you had defined. It can be any type that we support.
If you use an external putty session, thats what will be launched on the jump host.
On the other hand, if you choose the embedded display mode, it will launch a RDM, then your session. You can watch our video on this subject which gives some tips to prep the remote RDM to remove the clutter. http://remotedesktopmanager.com/Support/Video?v=Y3_P6cQob-U#GettingStarted
