Telnet Connection with only password

How can i configure a telnet connection to a server that only request a password? I cannot leave the id-string for the login empty. I can't get any further.

What version of RDM are you using? Could you try out the latest beta version, we added this feature in one of the beta updates.

I use the latest beta but i cannot find such an option. Can you point me in the right direction.

You just need to not put anything in the username field and it won't try it supply it in the connection. Could you try this out?
