Navigation bar - RDM/Logmein
Hello everybody!
I'm using RDM with the Central Logmein . Already signed up connections and are running smoothly. Now I came across a problem. How will I provide the RDM and Logmein to support connection tool for my clients, I will install the RDM around 200+ machines. I set up the connection using the host URL Logmein portal. When I make the connection, it automatically logs into Logmein and starts the connection. The problem is: The navigation bar which appears URL Logmein if the attendant press the STOP and go back it will return the computer page of Logmein and can plug into any computer. (image1)
Is there any way we draw this bar, so it does not appear?

This isn't the response to your query, but the licence of RDM that you have purchased is for your organization, not for your customers. Only your employees should use the licence that you hold.

I have expressed myself wrong, I'm conducting a pilot test where my company will connect the clients via Logmein however managed by RDM , ie the attendants of my company will provide support for my clients.
I will buy a Global license , for I have more than one branch in Brazil.

Unfortunately, there is no option to hide the navigation bar for LogMeIn. We will enter a feature request for an option to hide it.

There is no method even if it is via regedit to remove this navigation bar?
What about this feature request, has a certain time?
Unfortunately, you can't hide it via regedit.
The feature will be integrated in the next beta release, which should be out in the next few weeks.

Just one more suggestion:
Besides hide the navigation bar, it would be cool, inactivate connecting to the logmein the backspace functions and the ESC, so you can not return the list of computers.
