How do I configure allowed popups for browser entries?

I'm unable to use our McAfee Gateway web interface as a browser entry in RDM because the console (java based) complains that popups are not allowed.

How do I configure this? I tried with both IE 11 and Chrome (on Windows 8.1) and both behave the same way.
