Adding user to AD group isn't allowing him access to RDM

I have a user who is opening up RDM through a Citrix session. We've done this the same way for all our other admins, and it works fine.

It started giving him unknown user or bad password, even though it was correct.

I went into AD, and verified he was a member of a AD group who has access to view the entire hierarchy, but it's still giving me the same issue. It's locking out his account quite frequently.

I should also mention were using RDMS.

Thanks,
Mark

Hello,

How is the data source configured for the authentication part?

Under data source settings > Security > Force Application Security with Windows Credentials is unchecked.

And then for the Datasource itself, I have the name, the path to our RDMS server, and %username% for Username and password seems to have something in it, but it doesn't have the "Always ask for Password" checked, which is weird, because I feel like I checked that box.

please fix the settings to ensure that invalid credentials are not submitted. If push comes to shove, just delete it and recreate it. My personal preference is to use %USERDOMAIN%\%USERNAME%, it includes the domain and makes things clearer.

When going in File - Options - Advanced, there is a blue hyperlink at the bottom. It opens the user config. Does this point to a path that is tied to the logged on user?
