Application ist crashing
The remote desktop manager is crashing frequently.
We are using a sophos vpn connection. If I'm logged out there the application almost crashes before I can reconnect.

Hi,
Look like the application is unable to load some dll perhap the VPN is causing an incompatibility. What version of RDM do you use exactly? Have you used the installer or the zip file to install it?

I recently updated to version 6.3.9600.16384.
I used the automatic update from the app.

Does it crash if you don't use the VPN and you just try to open a web site for example?

Do you see anything in the Event Viewer after a crash?
