Problem with Keyword/Tags and Variables
Hello together,
we are using Remote Desktop Manager for our Datacenter with many Server, 3rd Party Programms and URL's, for example Customers.
We add Folder with customer names and select the type "Customer". For the Type "Customer" RDM has variables like $CUSTOMER_NAME$.
Problem is that when we search after the Keyword/Tag they didnt find anything.
My question is, if the variable Name is right or if we can use variable names for Keyword/Tags.

Hello Gabriele,
In the Filter/Search option, have your enabled the Include Keywords/Tags option?
You need to click on the ... to have access to this menu

Yes i know, Include Keywords/Tags is checked, but when i search, they didnt find anything. When i include Group or Description they find the Objects, but not with Keywords/Tags

The problem is that the variables are not resolved in the tags for performance reason. I will enter a feature request to search by customer.
