Special characters

I have a probleam when i tried use special characters in password.

When i using the quotation marks ( " ) it does not copy over into the password field, correctly. It seems that when the passwords are encrypted, the special characters are being missed or garbled.
But this just happened when i using web browser application Google Chrome. When I using internet explorer and firefox work normally.

Have another thing when i using google chrome in external connetion, work normally.

Exist some limitation to using quotation marks on google chrome application
