Grouped tab bar missing

My Grouped Tab Bar is missing and I don't seem to be able to restore it. If I toggle "Grouped Tab Bar" under "View", nothing happens.

I have followed the steps in this topic and it does not fix the issue:

What version do you use? Could you try a reset Layout?

I've used a reset layout but it did not help.

Version is 6.3.9600.16384.

Hi Saxtell,

Do you have something write in the Tab page category field of your sessions?

You will retrieve this field in the More section

The tab fields are filled in - it works for my co-workers.

We fixed it by reinstalling the application. It's working now.
