Offline Mode and Private Vault and local user
Should I be able to edit/add to my private vault when I am in offline mode?
As of right now (10.9.4.0) I am unable to do so.
I am also unable to edit/add local user credentials when in offline mode.
Please let me know.

Not at this time for the private vault.
When you say "local user credentials", what do you mean exactly?

Edit Entry (User Specific Settings)
The User Specific Settings are in the data source as well. They havent been included in the offline cache at this time.
