Guys, good morning.
I have a kind of hard problem to solve, I'm using the 10.6.3 version of remote desktop manager and my remote desktop version is 6.3.9.
I can connect in many different domains regardless of passwords from a repository. (local or network)
But only the servers for my domain it asks username and password. I enter the same password that the repository and it connects.
The most interesting is that if I set it to enter my credentials it passes, the problem is when he has to take the data repository.
I've done several tests, I imported the repository for my machine, I left it elsewhere on the network. I gave all possible permissions. And nothing makes it work.
Someone there has passed a similar problem?
Thank you all

Hi Rodrigo Alexandre Menegaldo,
Do you connect to your servers using the embedded mode?
Do you encountered the same issue in external mode?
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
Hi Jean-François, good Morning
Thanks for your answer.
Yes I tried these two ways, yet it asks username and password. It only allows direct connection if I select the option: "My personal credentials", ie those which I'm logged into my computer.
This only happens to the servers that are in my domain, other domains servers it allows searching the credentials of the repository. So I'm realizing he's not allowing delegate credentials. I've configured the policy for delegation credentials but still not worked.
Any idea?
Hi,
Do you have the Activate Network Level Authentication enable in the Connection tab of your RDP session?
Could you try to uncheck the option please.
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
Jean,
Now changed it opens the server screen, but asks to select the user, but when I select the user repository it asks the password.
Hello,
How about the NLA option. For computers NOT on the domain it sometimes requires it to be turned off.
Maurice
Hello Maurice Good afternoon,
Thank you for your answer, the NLA options already tried three types of trading, including removing the version compatibility option of remote desktop.
I do not know if it's a problem with the server or i need configure some policy because you is possible connect using RDP on all servers of my domain. I can connect in the remote desktop manager if I select authentication to "My personal credentials." It just does not allow the connection when I try to configure to get a repository user.
When I try to use a credential repository it asks to enter your password again. I enter the same password that the repository and connect me.
It's like not delegate credentials through the repository.
Do you know if there is some setting I can change?
Thanks a lot
