Data source master id.
1. How do you unlock users that have typed the wrong password to many times?
2. Anoter user tried to export a datasource to me. He created an rdd file. After he did that he cannot start RDM anymore. It just says,
please fill in your data source master id, or something. Please help.

2. You must mean master key. What data source type is this? Did he fill in his windows password by mistake?

Hello, this is an devolutions online database I think. id: b4cc9e36-cf5e-49d3-acd9-xxxxxxxxxxx in both questions.
My friend forgot his password. We tried answers and didnt knew it would lock. They guy that bought the rdm licenses is no longer with us.

Usually a forgot password reset the locking count. Have you tried it?
