Share Database between different installs of Remote Desktop Manager

I know I can install standalone USB install, but can I share the db between installs? Can I put the db on a cloud drive like Dropbox or Onedrive, and then connect it to different installations of RDM - e.g., from my PC and from my tablet or also my laptop. I would not have them both running at the same time. I have done this with mRemote and it works most of the time, but sometimes the conf file got whacked!
