Cannot validate dropbox account

New Install v 10.5.4.0 running on Win 8.1 Professional

When I go to add a dropbox account, click validate - it thinks for a minute and then nothing - not prompt or anything. It almost seems like the password entry window is hiding or not being brought to the front but I can't find it.

I've occasionally had to hit the dropbox button more than once but I've never not had it work altogether.

Hi,
Could you try the RDM beta version to validate your data source?

Sure - I tested on a clean computer (i.e. not installed) - I installed 10.5.4.0 again and could not validate via the validate with dropbox button. Once here, clicking cancel or OK does nothing, I actually have to force close RDM.

If I click the advanced tab and chose "Manual Authentication" - this workaround worked.

I installed Beta v 10.9.0.0 and it seems to default to Manual Authentication - so, I'm guessing this problem is known and the manual authentication seemed the best long term workaround (?)
