Wrong password

Hi.

I've been using RDM for many years, and have never had any problem. After one one of the latest upgrades several servers no longer accept the stored password. It is a large domain with a lot of servers (2003-2012 Windows). All servers uses the same domain admin username and password and all are linked up to the same credential entry in RDM. After the update some servers log in ok, but many dont. I have checked the password in the credentials entry, typed it in over and over again, and I have made a new entry with the same password, nothing helps.

If I try to connect by doubleclicking the entry the server says the password is wrong, and I type in the exact same password manually and then it logs in. Other servers in the same site with the same credentials (same entry in credentials repository) log in ok.

Please advise.

Which version do you use exactly?

Could you verify if you have the NLA checked in the session configuration?

Nope, not checked. Checked it and all is fixed!:-) Strange since it has worked before on the same servers. Anyway - Thanks!:-)

Perhaps an Windows update on the server.
