Can't download an uploaded file stored in DB

I uploaded a 700mb .7z file as a "Default" entry, stored in database. When I try to "Save Document As", the dialogue box to pick a destination comes up, I pick it, but the file is not there. I've tried refreshing the client cache and same thing. Not sure whats going on.
