silent error popup, system io exception

I've received the attached error about 2 or 3 times in the last couple days, most recently changing between quickconnect tabs for a couple of open sessions. What does it mean?

Hi,
Do you have the debug enabled? You should not see any silent error message? What version do you use?

Looks like I had the debug level cranked up pretty high (I assume this is under help > profiler > debug tab?). I guess I forgot to change it after testing something.

I assume the normal level is 0?

Yes exactly. You should see a performance improvement as well.
