Embeded browsing on site w. no certif.are not show

Is it possible to gain access to site that have no certificate when embeded browsing is enabled ?
In most time, it is for intern site with i didn't have made a certificate.

Hi,
Do you use Firefox embedded or IE?

Both are not working, but with firefox a get a timed out operation.
