Hello together,
currently we have the following problem.
Our Enterprise Licence Key for RDM has expired, so we have bought a renewal for our key over our Distributor.
Now we have got the confirmation about the renewal of our key, but the "Free update period" still says xx.xx.2015 but it has to be 2016. Furthermore RDM still displays Messages that the Key expired.
What we have to to here ?

Have you received your new license key from your reseller?
If yes, could you try to enter this new key in Help -> Register version please.

we didn´t receive a new Licence Key.
In our confirmation our old serial number is stated again with a "Renewal"-Tag.
Will our old serial number actually be extended or do we receive a new serial number ?

Usually, do you receive your license from your reseller or from Devolutions?

until now we received our licence from a reseller.
On demand, we have now got the statement, that our reseller has given our license key to devolutions for a renewal.
Our reseller means he probably not receive a new license key.
