Sorry if this is a repeat question. I could not find what i was looking for.
I use the Remote Desktop Manager Ent. 10.5.4
I like to save all the configuration files in to my OneDrive folder instead of the default %AppData%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager

The best is to use the Portable mode or running the software. It is described in http://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/installation_portableusb.htm
If you have already installed, you can find the configuration as described in http://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/installation_configurationfilelocation.htm
Some files will always stay in your profile though, the cache needs to stay local for security reasons.
