Discover Server information data

Is there a way to discover the General Information for a windows server?
When I right click the Windows server and select properties and then choose Information
the General tab that has the MAC/IP/OS and so on is empty. Is is possible to discover this
with Remote Desktop Manager? Or is this a manual process?

This is a manual process for now. That's something we want to add eventually but it's not as simple as it looked.

Hello,
It is not possible at this time. We have made attempts in the past with WMI and a few other, but they were not conclusive. Mapping the results is complicated across various environments.
