Screenconnect Host Port

Screenconnect Host Port

Hello,

I connect with my ScreenConnect server via a TCP Port when I try and supply that port in the host field it let's me know this is non-standard and then does not connect. Is there another field where I can supply the port number?

RDM v 6.3.9
Screenconenct 5.1.8574.5539

Are you sure that it's RDM 6.3?

Hello,

ScreenConnect works in our environment when using a custom port. Did you make sure to include either "http://" or "https://" in the host?

If even with that it still doesn't work, could you export your ScreenConnect session and send it to hmireault (at) devolutions.net ? Be sure to remove any sensitive information beforehand.
