I've noticed this problem for a while, but it seems to be much worse in V10.5.4. The problem is when I cut/copy text (or files) on the remote server, and then try to put them on my local system. If I do this purely on the remote system it is fine, but when I try to move locally I frequently get either no apparent action, or it will lock up RDM for a period before it gives up (no copy, but application is accessible again). So far no issues going local to remote. This is happening on multiple remote systems, and continues after restarting rdpclip.exe (although a reboot seems to help - but isn't typically practical).
Hi,
Do you use RDM 64 or 32 bit? Honestly we don't do anything special with the clipboard. It's all handled by the Microsoft ActiveX.

64 Bit (Win 8.1). Any thoughts on how to diagnose? Beyond not getting the copy, what I am seeing today is RDM 'hangs' while waiting for a timeout - I can't switch tabs or do any other control action.

FWIW - The OS is 64 bit, but when I look at Task Manager, it shows the program as RDM (32 bit). It is installed using the typical path in the MSI installer. The same issue happens on two different systems (hitting the same targets).
The default shortcut is the 32 bit for maximum compatibility but you can try remotedesktopmanager64.exe installed in the same folder.

Same behavior for the 64 bit version. The 'missed copy' also is occurring in the native Windows RDP client, so it looks like the problem is not in RDM, but in the system(s). It is affecting RDM, in that after I trigger it, I lose all control in the application (have to kill it and restart to do anything more).
