I would a mapping feature to map all the netowrk switches in a GNS3 or Visio like manner, such that my boss can see a simple representation of the nodes on his network so he can be double click on a router/swtich graphic and RDM opens a tab to telnet/ssh/rdp session to that object. very easy.

I will enter a feature request for that but for now this is not planned for our next version.

Just a suggestion.
I think SpiceWorks already has a dynamic network map/view. Maybe you could utilize this/there API somehow!
This might be a quicker implementation then the latter.
Ironically my boss asked me the other day if it was possible combining a dynamic Visio drawing and RDM :)
I just answered "No, but maybe one day" ;)
