How to disable Remote Desktop Manager from taking over my screen

Hi,

Thanks for a great program.
How can stop Remote Desktop Manager from taking over my screen. Example when I´m at the office and put my computer to sleep then when I come home and start working, then after a few minute or so, then Remote Desktop Manager hijack my computer whole it pops up with notification about lost connections.
This is extremely frustrating.
