User always connecting to administrator profile for connections.db in Citrix

Hello,

We are running RDM in a Citrix environment. I have created a default.cfg and placed in in the program directory. Every user that opens RDM now is prompted with the "Unable to create database". They are trying to access the path of the administrator for the connections.db. The user profiles are being redirected to a profile server but are always wanting to connect to the administrator profile who setup RDM. Is there any work around for this issue?
