I am getting this error on a few newly created server.
They are set up in exactly the same way as all other server, firewall off, remote desktop enabled etc.
I can connect using Microsoft Remote Desktop client.
I am using the latest version of Remote Desktop Manager for OSX
Do you use the Enterprise edition? Have you enabled or disable the NLA?
David Hervieux
Enterprise edition.
NLA is disabled, firewall is disabled
Hello,
Please import the rdp file in RDM, does this work using that session?
Best regards,
Maurice
Yes, that worked.
Any ideas what it might be?
using clipboard - export
Please export both sessions, the one that failed, and the one that worked
We'll compare the two and identify differences
Best regards,
Maurice
Any resolution to this problem? I have the same exact issue. Just created a new RDP connection. If fails with the 131085 error. What prompted me to create a new one was because my old one mysteriously started failing with that same error. All other connections work, flawlessly. MSTSC works from another machine. So, it's something to do with rdpman.
Any help?
@Jim Sadlek,
What version of RDM Mac are you using?
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
I have also started seeing this issue connecting to one of my servers. Using MS RD works fine from same device. Tried deleting and recreating connection but same error. RDM 5.1.
@Jeremy Gould,
What version of RDM Mac are you using?
If it's not 5.2.0.0, could you download this latest version here and give it a try please

5.2 fixed the issue. I hadn't noticed there was a new update. Thanks Jeff!
