For some reason this has stopped working for me.
My setup
My normal day to day account doesn't have admin right on my pc. So I have installed stuff as my admin user id ... so when I go to update the keepass plugin it asks for admin rights, i give it my admin user id... Then it says it can't write it !
I log in to the machine as my admin account and it says the plugin is uptodate !
But for some reason now my plugin has stopped working ! so no passwords are being sent over grrrr !
I suspect that it might be related to the program file virtualization. Could you try to copy your KeePass installation in another folder than program file. For example in C:\KeePass

We don't seem to get the Keepass plugin running. We use a licensed version of Remote Desktop Manger Enterprise Edition, version 7.6.3.0 combined with KeePass 2.20.1.
After we click the button 'Install Plugin' we get the error 'Unable to retrieve the plugin information'. In other posts a file called 'RemoteDesktopManagerPlugin.dll' is called, but this file is not present on our systems. We tried to download the file, but the only version we could find was 1.0.0.2. Guess thats not the right one.
There is a link pn the site of KeePass, but it links to a page of Devolutions, that only mentions clicking on the button 'Install Plugin'.
Is there a possibility to get the right plugin?
Hi
I had to give myself admin permissions and re install the plugin ! then re logged back in with out admin permissions and its all fine.
I am guessing though the plugin can be installed somewhere else than the keepass directory, because I was able to install some sort of plugin
Also (now that I remember) I can to close keepass !

In our case, we can't install the plugin. Maybe this has to do with the wrong version of the plugin.
Which version of the plugin do you use, and if it's newer then the one we found, where can we obtain this newer version?
I just clicked the link from inside remote desktop manager ....
Do you have a 'RemoteDesktopManagerPlugin.dll' file in your keepass directory? And if so, can you tell me which fileversion this file has?
Thanx!
yes .... my one at home - that didn't suffer from that problem is 1.0.0.2
I just checked it from inside remote and updated it to 2.1.1.0 ! worked fine (the upgrade process)

So the dll is now at version 2.1.1.0?
Is it possible to attach the dll to this post?
Thanx in advance!
send via pm !
Let me know if this does not resolve your issue.
