starting RDM 6.6 on our TS (Citrix Desktop 5.5 Windows Server 2008 32bit) needs up to 5 Min. After that everything is working properly. There is no error message.
The call is made locally and the appropriate users have full access to the Program Directory
What can I do?

I suspect that this could be related to the .NET Framework bootstrap. In the next version, we pre-jit many assemblies and this should help. What version do you currently use? I'm asking this because we also made some performance improvements in the version 7.6

We currently use the version 6.6 (here we have licenses).
Could you try a trial just to verify if this make a difference. I'm sure we could figure a deal if this resolve your issue.
