LogMeIn Free portal (host url) doesn't work anymor
Hello,
i already had a conversation with Devolutions but haven't received any answer yet
Since last week, LogMeIn portal (host url) (-> LogMeIn Free) accounts aren't working anymore in RDM.
While connection, login to LogMeIn is successfull
Then correctly displays the dashboard
Then LogMeIn asks to login again (2nd time) and stays on this window
Btw: As I try to open a browser window in parallel (like in IE) and try to open the shortcut in RDM, then the connection works.
Can you investigate ?
It's quite urgent for us. We buyed a RDM Server licence and have a lot of connections with LogMeIn Free accounts.
We really need to get this feature working again

I've jsut retry and it works fine for me. Just to confirm, do you open it in embedded mode?

I've the same problem width free version of logmein...
Ok for login in embeded mode ... but when trying to display the computers lists... return on the first page ....
keeping the log ! Anyway... I try to click manually on the computers list... it's the same... I return to the initial page...
It works perfectly on any browser....
So a problem in your scripts ?

My experience now using LMI host URL is as follow:
While connection is listed in tree view, double-click icon: no response. (It worked before)
Click “Open Session” in dashboard: no response. (It worked before)
Click “Open Session (External): no response. (It worked before)
Click “Open Session (Embedded/Tabbed): It works no issues.
Maybe LMI has changed in some way?
What is your default browser in External mode? It only works with IE

No IE launching in external mode !
I was only able to support logmein in embedded mode. The external mode does not work for now unless you use the LogMeIn desktop shortcut which is no longer available in LogMeIn free

Hi,
ok for using embedded mode.... but when login... the log page is ok... yours script fill
correctly the fields and valid them...
But when the computers are displayed... the page don't persist and we are
back leaded to the first page... of the logmein portal... without being log out !
Any trying to display computers again give the same issue.... we come back to the home page of the portal....

Could you export me your logmein session in an rdm file. Just make sure to create a duplicate entry and change the password. I won't be able to open the connection but at least I should be able to see the Fr

But I'm not able to connect directly to the computer... filling automatically the login / password
when connecting to the remote PC. So I've to fill the fields manually.
Any issue with script, credential, etc... ?

The LogMeIn connection is done in two steps:
1. Open the Portal
2. Connect to the machine
Which step does not autofill?

The portal opens ... the field of the connexion are autofilled...
And the computer is autoconnected... we are ok ?!
The connexion to the machine is automatic...
But the fields of the connexion
login : Administrator
password : xxxxxx
are not automatically filled...
