Hello,
I am new to this forum. I hope you can help me.
I am using RDM for 2 weeks now and I find it great. For now I use the trial of the enterprise version (7.6.3.0). First I was using Keepass with version 2.20. After an update to 2.20.1 RDM told me, that the plugin is outdated and I had to update it. Which i did (current version 2.1.0.0). But now the problem is, when I try to access or add a new credential, I insert the prefered keystore file path and then I click on "..." to browse for the UUID. Now the Keepass opens if it is closed. I enter the password for the store and then nothing happens. The progress bar reaches the end and the Keepass closes. I search in the Logfile, however there a no entries.
Has anybody encountered the same problem or does know how to fix this. I already tried to uninstall and reinstall all components, however it didn't help.
kind regards
Markus
I'm having this same problem on the registered version of the Enterprise Edition.
The little popup window comes up saying it's trying to access Keepass, even though keepass has the necessary database open.
Hi,
We will try to reproduce your problem. Could you try to install the latest RDM beta, this plugin ws designed especially for the new beta. I was supposed to be backward compatible but maybe there is some problem

Hi,
I installed the new RDM Beta (7.9.5.0). The Plugin now works. Thanks for the advise.
kind regards
Markus
I was also able to get it to work with 7.9.5.0 Beta.
It's OK for now (since I run this app on my dev machine), but places which use these tools in an "enterprise" situation may be turned off by the suggestion to upgrade to a beta to fix a bug in a plugin.
Note that I received this error using RDM 7.6.3 EE (registered), and both Keepass 2.17 and 2.20.1.
