Password security at RDM startup
Hi all,
Is it possible to set a start up password for RDM, so that when the program first starts the user will be asked for a password? Can this password be set for RDM using MYSQL, and adding a password to an existing will all the data I have enter remain intact/accessible?
Is the a way to limit the number of authentication tries when accessing a website, so if a password expires RDM won't keep trying to submit details continuously?

Unfortunately it's not possible for now with MySQL. MySQL is only an add-on but we will extend the support in the next version. We want the same features in MySQL than SQLServer. I have taken note of your request and I will see what we can do.

If you configure your user data source without a password and without the integrated security, they will be prompted for the password.
