Hide Folders for certain groups / users

Hide Folders for certain groups / users

Hello RDM Team

We have an external supporter which shoud only see certain folders of RDM. Is there a way to only show him the folders he should have access to?
We know we can block them via the credentials, but we also want to hide them, so he only sees what he needs to work with.

hello,

if you have the time, I suggest you watch the security video on http://remotedesktopmanager.com/Support/Video it will show all the steps.

In short:

Create security groups, assign them to your root level folders, grant the view permission only on the desired folder to the user account of your supporter.
