Hi, I use Ctrl + Shift + Left/Right Arrow all the time while editing to select whole words.
When I have a remote desktop session in a window, and I use ctrl+shift+arrow it cycles through the session tabs throwing me out of my session, very annoying.
How do I change this behavior?
Hi,
Have you tried to disable the shortcut in File->Options | User Interface - Keyboard?
David Hervieux
That worked, many of those navigation shortcuts are set to "default", I changed the ctrl+shift+left/right to not in session.
How do I know what default means, or change default to not in session.
Almost seems to be that default, or those settings, should all be not in session, as those shortcuts are very common app shortcuts.

Post from 8 years ago and still relevant today!!!
The developper should have done that long time ago...
@mathieulaflamme,
What version of RDM are you using?
Could you elaborate on your issue with the shortcut(s)? Is it the exact same issue described in the first topic?
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
@mathieulaflamme,
I had a chat with our engineering department and they mentioned me that the default setting will be change from Default to Not in a session in the keyboard shortcut option.
This should help the scenario described in this topic.
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
Oh wow merci!!
J'espère que personne d'autre utilisait ce racourci pour changer d'onglet de remote desktop 🙃. Ils devront aller changer les options alors. Je pense que c'est une bonne décision de changer le defaut comme vous allez faire. Merci encore
