Offline Database not working

Good afternoon,


We are currently upgrading our Remote Desktop Manager to 10.1.9.0.
After configuring we were testing all our features, but we found out that our offline database option is not working.
I followd all your video’s on how to configure the sotware.
All options are working correct apart from this one.
I tried to find an awnser on the forum but that didn’t help.

Can someone help me out?

The offline database can be set on and off on three levels. Individually in the data source settings per user as well as in the user definition in the settings tab and globally in the data source settings (administration menu when logged in as RDM administrator). They should be on on all three to allow it to work.
Can you check these?

I found out it was a problem in the profile settings within the application (the users i was migrating had no rights for offline use)
