Yesterday evening I spend about 2 hour to sort my entries. And everything work ok. But then I restart the application and find that 49 of my 100 entries was removed/lost. I am 100% sure that I haven´t deleted them by my self.
How can this happens? And is this a way to get them back?
I use RDM 10.1.9.0 connected to Azure-DB
In application log yesterday evening =
Offline file - Database disk image is malformed, trying to delete the file: C:\Users\UllaBella\AppData\Local\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager\ee5e0723-2414-447c-82fb-fd7d0e4399c8\offline.db
Offline file - file has been deleted, will now recreate the file from scratch
And I run sysdiag and got following
Data Source: Microsoft SQL Azure
Size: 56.1 KB
Offline: False
Entries/Items: 64/64
Sessions: 41
Data entries: 0
Credentials: 10
SubConnections: 0
Documents: 0
Contacts: 0
-->SubTotal: 51
SessionTools: 0
Groups/Folders: 13
-->Total*: 64
Custom Images: 2
RTF Notes: 1
i'm not sure it's the same with azure as in RDMS but,
we have a Menu in Administration -> Deleted entries where you can restore entries
Edit: you have to be Administrator in RDM to get this entry

Thank you Markus.
Do you use a Terminal server to run RDM?
David Hervieux
No, Windows 8.1.
Could you try to disable the cache and restart RDM?
