Hi,

automatic login by supplied credentials is not working.

tried to set manual credentials, credential repository, allow pw-var, set Username-Format in Advanced, embedded or external.

RDM 10.1.11.0

Hi Markus,
Have you changed the Username format in the Advanced tab to use username@domain in the session directly?

Hello Markus,

Do you get any error messages or does RVTools simply not open? Could you take a screenshot of the error and the program if it opens?

Hello Markus,

I have done a change that might fix your problem. I attached the DLL in this message. Could you give it a try and tell us if it fixed the issue?
To use this new version of the add-on, you need to extract the DLL file and put it in %LocalAppData%\devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager[/i]
Feel free to make a backup of the old DLL in case this doesn't help and you want to revert back.

RVToolsAddOn1.1.0.0.zip

Hi Hubert,

thx for this version.
I have tested embedded & external and it works with restriction:

you have to enter Username & Password manually (username@domain) in General-Tab (Passthrough Authentication not tested).
if i enable Credentials-Repository, Embedded Credentials it fails (Advanced -> Allow Password in Var is enabled).
this happens if you have set Credentials as defined in fields: username, domain, password.
if you set credentials as: username = user@domain, domain = empty, password = password, it works.

so main problem seems to be with app-call when creds are combined from fields/vars

Edit: tried Advanced -> Username format: user@domain but it doesn't help

markus

Thank you for testing the add-on for us Markus.

I have fixed the issues you have mentionned and it should work with the domain. Could you give this version I attached a try?
