Hi Brendo,

Can you try to write in the OU/Container DN field in the Active Directory Console settings the DN of one user you know. Tell me if you can get it in the list afterward.

What is your filter for the user tab in the Active Directory Console settings?

Can you try the version 10.0.4.0 to see if you have the same problem: http://download.devolutions.net/Setup.RemoteDesktopManager.10.0.4.0.exe

Currently setup as LDAP connection, however I change to 'My domain' and added the dn. This populated the user table with the common name and account name of the dn user however none of the other tabs (computer, group, etc became populated)

Currently no filter

AD Explorer shows everything fine

Will try with older version and report back
