hello,
I want to import the remote control from n-able into remote desktop manager.
I run the remote acces on n-able, but instead of using the "direct connect" I connect it to
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Devolutions\Remote Desktop Manager\RemoteDesktopManager.exe".
Java starts running, but instead of opening the remote like I want, it just open the whole program(remote desktop controller).
How can I run the remote?
Hi,
Could you give us more details about n-able. I don't know this tool.
David Hervieux
Hi,
You need to configure at least one template and invoke RDM with the right command line:

Now I get this:
and I can't find an .exe file that fits.

I can't help you with this specific product. We only support RDM directly since we don't have any control on n-able. I don't know why n-able can't find RDM.

Ruben,
Have you tried calling n-able tech support? The ticket will most likely get a low priority, but if you ask for a product enhancement they would open an internal request for you.
Cheers
John
I can't find a number but now I'm trying it on another way.
I also have a problem?
I have installed all the newest Java versions and it asked me the URL .jnlp as path.

You need to set the javaws.exe path and not the jnlp filename.
David Hervieux
where can I find that?
I can only select maps?

Could you do a search for javaws.exe on your drive?
David Hervieux
It worked but no I get this again...
