set hotkeys so that after deployment everyone has the same

hi!
i was wondering where the hotkeys (File | Options | User Interface | Keyboard) are stored.

the default-hotkeys for "Select Next Tab" and "Select Previous Tab" are often used for selecting text in the rdp-session, thus we wanted to set those two globally.

is this possible? either within the database or the config-file?
