I have been using the Enterprise version with Online Backups for about 8 months now. I always notice that I have a green icon in the lower right signalling I am connected to the online backups and I am in sync. I just found myself without my laptop and a need to access my RDM servers. I installed RDM enterprise, logged in, connected the backups, but I can't see my backups from my laptop. I am missing something? How do I restore my settings and access my RDM settings?

You need to login to Remote Desktop Manager Online in File-> Online Account
Create a new data source (SQLite) and configure the online backup name. Use the Online Account -> Restore

I just figured out that I was on a local account and not an online account for my 130 RDC entries. Woops. So I just created a dropbox datasource and imported them there.
